Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:Please allow up to three business days (Monday-Friday plus banking holidays) to process your order. Expect an email within three business days to let you know your order is on the way! STORE PICKUPWe do not currently have a public-facing store. LOCAL DELIVERYDuring checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Orders placed before 3:00PM Eastern Standard time will be processed starting the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed within 3 business days after the order is placed. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. TIMINGOrders are generally shipped within 3 days using our shipping partners. The speed in which you receive your package will vary depending on which shipping option you choose. Free shipping is available on orders over $60, continental US only (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico excluded). Optional: We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada at this time. SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGESAll sales are final, unless the product delivered has manufacturing defects, in which case we will pay for you to ship the product back to us, and will send a replacement free of additional charges. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Used combs, brushes and/or towels are not returnable under any circumstances. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at support@juicycurls.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
